Kölsch - Opa

"Kölsch" aka Rune Reilly Kölsch is a producer from Denmark who also makes up half on Artificial Funk with his Brother. This track of his "Opa" is an awesome expedition into the house genre, as always turn it up and enjoy.

House Friday: Eliphino - More Than Me

This track has all the great elements of a trance / house song, I first heard it on Jamie XX boiler room mix and it caught me straight away. Keep you eye out for Eliphino, this is his first big track and I have no doubt some more stonkers tunes will follow.

House Fridays: "Daphni - Ye Ye"

If you haven't heard of Daphni then you probably have heard of Caribou, or if you havent heard of either of those then have you herd of Minitoba?? That is a relevant question because they are all the same person. Yes, Daniel Snaith loves to confuse fans by changing his name, however he is forgiven because he is a genius producer. "Ye Ye" probably the only issue is it needs to be twice as long.

Kaskade - Room for Happiness feat. Skylar Grey

So I am a bit late posting this track, I found it a few weeks ago and totally forgot about it, however I do have many friends who love the sounds of Kaskade so it seemed logical to post it. Especially since he just got awarded America's best DJ in a DJ Times poll. If you enjoy House music deep, progressive or the elctro kind then this kind of music will probably be up your alley.

Steve Aoki & Afrojack feat Miss Palmer - No Beef (Panic City & Supersede Remix)

This mix is apart of my upbeat initiative to get some more life into the music on this blog, somehow I always end up floating toward more chilled out music.
No one needs to introduce Afrojack or Steve Aoki so when they released the song 'No Beef' the remix addicts were all over it, suffice to say this is my favourite mix so far.
Ps turn the volume up.

Into the Valley feat. Karl Dixon (Julio Bashmore Remix)

As soon as this track started i new it was a winner. I just found it and i'm on my 9th rotation  in an hour and i'm still not sick of hearing the soothing tunes that Karl Dixon and Julio Bashmore have created.
Some stonker deep house vocals over rearranged  Roland rhythms, at the 1.45 mark close your eyes and let the music envelope you, Julio Bashmore makes this song sexy and serene.
Love it.

Daft Punk - The Son Of Flynn (Kitheory Remix)

So most people know that Daft Punk did the soundtrack to the movie "Tron: Legacy". I saw it a the movies with a mate and the visuals and sound mate it quite a epic experience even if the plot was a bit lost.
My friend and I both agreed the soundtrack was awesome and quickly got our hands on it.
My first thought being that, this album was going to get remixed to hell, and it was, with remixes floating all over the net.

However last week I found that an album with all the good edits has been released into the physical world.
Tron: legacy Reconfigured is a collection of some real solid mixes, the Kitheory mix here is my favorite.
Turn your headphones up and enjoy you will get lost in its intenseness.
